What should I expect during a session?

Sessions last 30–75minutes. You’ll remain fully clothed, lie comfortably, and be guided into relaxation. Most clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered.

How many sessions will I need?

One session can be restorative; a short series (3–6) is recommended for deeper or ongoing issues. We create personalized plans to meet your goals.


Can Reiki help medical or emotional issues?
